Packiva Home Return Policy
Thank you for shopping with Packiva Home. We want you to love your items, but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help. We offer a 14-day return window, giving you 14 days from when your item arrives to request a return.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, your item should be in its original condition—unused, with tags attached, and in the original packaging. Please have your receipt or proof of purchase on hand (Soft or Hard Copy)
For returns, a second shipping and handling fee will apply for pickup, and if exchanging for a different product, any price difference will be charged.
If an item is defective, we’ll cover return shipping and offer a full refund.

Damages and Issues
Please check your order upon arrival and let us know right away if you find any damage, defect, or if an incorrect item was sent. We’ll work to make things right quickly.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items, like custom or personalized orders, aren’t eligible for return. Feel free to reach out if you have questions about a specific item.
Please note that gift cards are non-returnable.
Exchanges
If you need a different item, we recommend returning your current item. Once accepted, you can place a new order for the item you’d prefer.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of its status. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method. Please allow some time for your bank or card provider to process and post the refund.
